Notes
Block-based notes, with handwriting
Combine headings, lists, quotes, images, question cards and handwriting in one note. Type / to insert anything and jump through long notes from the outline.
Aulivis transcribes what your teacher says in real time, organizes it into clear notes and quizzes you on what was just covered. Quick notes, board photos and handwriting land in the same class record, so review starts the moment class ends.
Illustrative interface with sample content
In class
Transcript, practice and notes sit side by side. You listen; Aulivis turns what was said into material you can review.
01Listen
Aulivis transcribes the lecture as it happens, with optional translation. Switch apps or lock your phone and it keeps going; on iPhone, the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show that it’s running and for how long.
02Organize
Fragmented speech is regrouped into readable paragraphs. Summarize a section whenever a topic wraps up, and get a full summary of the class when it ends.
03Practice
Once enough has been covered, Aulivis writes a few practice questions from it. Questions you miss go straight to your mistake book for later review.
04Capture
Jot down what your teacher stresses, or snap the board and slides; text in photos is recognized. Everything is saved with the transcript and summary in that class’s notes.
After class
Class records, notes, timetable and plans are connected. Find any lesson by course, start reviewing from your mistakes and see today’s tasks at a glance.

FAQ
Aulivis is free to download and use. In current app versions, classes use active class time; paused time does not count, and in-class organizing, summaries, practice questions and image recognition do not consume additional AI credits. The Agent and other AI features use separate credits. The free plan includes a basic allowance; check the app for current quotas and available subscription plans. Older app versions temporarily retain credit-based billing.
Aulivis for iOS is in public beta and distributed through TestFlight, Apple’s official beta service. It is fully featured and updated more often. Once Aulivis is on the App Store, this page will link there; your account and synced data are unaffected.
The installer comes directly from this website, with its SHA-256 checksum published. The first time, Android asks whether to allow your browser to install apps; allow it when prompted. To update, download the new version and install it over the old one; your data is kept.
AI organizing, summaries, practice questions, image recognition, Agent chats and sync need a connection. Whether transcription needs one depends on your device’s speech recognition. Offline, the classes, notes and plans already on your device remain available to view and edit.
Aulivis works with the academic systems of a number of universities; search for yours in the app to import your timetable. If your school isn’t supported yet, you can request it in the app, and you can always add classes by hand.
Delete your account directly from account settings in the app. For what is deleted, how subscriptions are handled and what to do if you can’t sign in, see the account deletion guide.
